From Study to Practice: Tamia Reddy’s Journey in Industrial Psychology
We’re proud to celebrate an exciting milestone for Tamia Reddy, who has completed her qualification in Industrial Psychology.
Since joining Integrita in September 2025, Tamia has grown from an academic learner into a young professional gaining valuable practical experience in recruitment and talent acquisition.
Her studies have given her a deeper understanding of workplace culture, employee engagement, recruitment and the dynamics that shape organisations. Working at Integrita has given her the opportunity to put that knowledge into practice.

For Tamia, recruitment is about more than filling a position. She believes the right people can have a meaningful impact on an organisation and its culture.
One of the aspects of working at Integrita that she values most is being part of a Christian-based organisation where faith forms part of the working environment.
“I find it very fulfilling when I’m able to help someone find a job that is right for them,” she says. “That has made my work especially meaningful to me.”
Tamia is particularly interested in talent acquisition, employee selection and assessment, and organisational culture. She enjoys understanding what an organisation needs and finding candidates who are suited to the role and the organisation beyond their qualifications and experience.
Her journey into Industrial Psychology was not completely straightforward. She initially considered pursuing Law, but her Bachelor of Social Science studies gave her the opportunity to explore subjects including Law, Politics, Management, Sociology and Organisational Psychology. That exploration ultimately helped her discover the field she wanted to pursue.
Her advice to other young people is simple: you don’t need to have everything figured out from the beginning. Exploring different interests, staying open to learning and being willing to change direction can help you find the right path.
Looking ahead, Tamia hopes to pursue a Master’s in Industrial Psychology while continuing to gain practical experience and develop her career.
For Tamia, completing her qualification marks an important milestone, but it is also the beginning of the next stage of her journey.
