We’re thrilled to officially welcome Tamia Reddy to the Integrita Group family! Tamia joined us in September 2025 and has already begun settling in with grace, curiosity, and a clear passion for people.
Tamia holds a Bachelor of Social Science in Organisational Psychology and Politics from Rhodes University and is currently pursuing her Honours in Industrial and Organisational Psychology at UNISA. Her academic foundation is matched by hands-on experience in leadership, mentorship, and HR-focused initiatives—from tutoring Psychology 1 students to serving as the Academic and Transformation Representative at Livingstone Residence.
Tamia brings a thoughtful, people-first approach to her work, with strengths in:

Her internship at Gings Reddy Financial Advisory sharpened her administrative and client-facing skills, while her involvement in subwardening selection panels and Sunday school teaching reflects her deep commitment to inclusive leadership and community-building.
